Policies for 巴尔的摩学生交换计划

The Baltimore Student Exchange (BSEP) Program allows qualified students at 云顶集团 to take undergraduate courses offered at other participating colleges in the area. The student’s credits and grades from the host institution are automatically transferred to 云顶集团 at the end of the term during which the course was taken.

• All the participating schools now publish their course selections online. 去 以上网站为课程列表.
• The BSEP is open to full-time sophomores, juniors, and first semester seniors registered on a full-time basis at the student’s home institution, provided the request is approved by the home institution BSEP coordinator.
• Seniors in their last semester are only able to take a BSEP course if there are no other options available, the other BSEP school agrees to allow a graduating senior into the course, and the course ends before 云顶集团's degree date for that term. 学生 may not under any circumstances, ask the instructor or the other school's administrators, to allow the student to finish the course earlier or have their final grades earlier 比这门课上任何一个学生都好.
• BSEP courses are only available during the fall and spring semesters.

• Registration is by approval of the host institution and is not guaranteed.
• Enrollment to BSEP courses are generally confirmed as follows:

• When a course is closed, some host institutions will allow 云顶集团 students to be 在帽子上签名. Consult 云顶集团’s BSEP coordinator in the Office of the 注册商 for the procedure required by the institution.
• 云顶集团 students do not pay additional tuition for BSEP courses; however, they are responsible for lab fees, parking fees, and library fines. 大多数学校不会释放 grades if there is an outstanding balance. Any exceptional charges must be paid directly 寄给主办机构.

• BSEP courses may not be taken pass/no pass, as an audit, or independent work.

• 学生 are subject to the academic regulation of the host institution. 参与 students are requested to acquaint themselves with both the academic and non-academic 主办单位规章制度. • 学生 who violate host institution academic policy regarding cheating and plagiarism are subject 寄给主办机构's disciplinary procedures. BSEP协调者 will notify the home institution of any incident, action taken, or appeal procedures. Further action is left to the discretion of the home institution (云顶集团).
• 学生 charged with a violation of a host institution's code of conduct are subject 寄给主办机构’s disciplinary policies and procedures.

注册BSEP课程:

Submit your BSEP登记表 to the BSEP coordinator in the Office of the 注册商.

The form should be signed by the advisor, and if special permission is required, the 主办院校讲师. BSEP courses may not be added by using an add/drop form.

Submit your registraton form as soon as possible. 在一周内提交请求 or two of the term begin date, may not provide enough processing time for required 批准和注册. This could result in your request being denied.
